Thank you thank you thank you for a great birthday weekend!!! Thanks to the hotel staff for the balloons and warm welcome at check in...the players club for the t-shirt and the blanket from the events desk!! Thanks to lady luck for the winnings and events desk for pulling my name for the $500 in slot play!! What a great way to spend a birthday!!! It was a wonderful weekend!!! Thanks to Bonnie for always being so sweet and making sure our stay is great!! And to Lincoln for getting our things to our room and the hug!! Everyone at the Palace is the best!! Our waitresses at the machines and at the buffet were terrific!! Our whole weekend start to finish was just about perfect!! Thank you!!

Wonderful place to stay large clean rooms and nice views of the Gulf of Mexico. exceptional people in all areas of the hotel. We LOVE to stay here. Clean rooms nice new casino floor. The food is really good and you really don't have to leave the hotel/casino at all if you don't want to. We come down every winter for a week and we really like staying here.

Fun times at the Palace! It's smoke free, AND the staff were amazing! Especially John, the bellman! So helpful! Loved the buffet! Will be back again!!

EXCELLENT! Why have they waited so long to open a smoke-free casino? We had stopped making the 2 hr drive to Biloxi because the smoke had become unbearable in the casino we'd been frequenting - even with a "non-smoking area". The Palace has four new regular customers! The Palace is well-kept, slots are fun & food is EXCELLENT! Who cares if you have crab or not? Hope the Palace will be open and smoke-free for the duration. We love it!

I've played at the Palace for years, but I've never stayed there until this past week. The casino is now smoke free and is, in my opinion, the best stop in Biloxi. The rooms are a little dated, but they're very clean and comfortable. Staff and service are top notch. With some steady play and a players club card, my friend and I earned comps for our room and our meals. The new restaurants are also great, and Mignon's still makes a great steak. I think this will be my home whenever I'm on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
